Attack over Twitter - Passwords are not secure

Twitter has been attacked by a group of internet monsters recently and they vanished away with 2.5 lakhs of passwords and other user details. A report says that the attack was fully planned.

Twitter confirmed the attack and informed their users to change their passwords. Latest threats on the web are arising day by day. Any kind of web traffic that is completely new to a website is going to be a real headache for the webmasters.

The company says that it is not an isolated issue. Problems are not created by the amateurs. New York Times and Wall Street magazine are also victimized for the same attack. They have been telling that the attack source is from China. But twitter is not yet confirmed their attack source.

These attacks alerted all of the internet masters and everybody is now speaking about the 3 dimensional passwords. Twitter informed their users to use 3 Dimensional passwords which are having at least 10 characters in length. A 3 Dimensional password is a combination of character, digit, and a special character. Using the same passwords for more than one account is not so secure.

Anyhow the companies are now researching over the attack caused and are now going for a permanent solution.
