The Biggest Loser Diet for Losing your weight




Biggest loser is a crazy reality television show. Unlike any other reality television shows, Biggest loser contestants are overweight. Every contestant in the program is aiming for the cash prize. The only way to reach their goal is to lose their weight. This concept makes the show name even crazier. 

The show is started in 2004 in United States of America and having so many variations across the world. This show also brings awareness for the viewers to reduce their weight.

 Special Biggest Loser Diet is as following :

1.  Breakfast : ½ Serving Protein , 1 serving whole grain, 1 serving fruit

2.     Snack: 1/2 protein, 1 fruit

3.     Lunch: 1 protein, 1/2 whole grain, 1 vegetable

4.    Snack: 1/2 protein, 1 fruit

5.     Dinner: 1/2 protein, 1/2 whole grain, 2 vegetables

Biggest Loser diet works on the “ Burn more calories than you eat” strategy. Proper diet and exercise can reduce the calorie level in our body. 

In each stage, the records are kept of food intake. The starting calorie level is determined by multiplying your weight by seven. 

Recommendation ranges from low of 1050 for 150 pound person to a high of 2100 calories for 300 pound person.
